Purpose of the Report

To enable appointments to Committees and Outside Bodies to be considered. |
2.0 Young People Overview and Scrutiny Committee
2.1 The Young People Overview and Scrutiny Committee has provision for nine non-Councillor members. Five of these representatives have voting rights and four do not. Voting members comprise Church and Parent Governor Representatives. Non-voting members are Teacher and Voluntary Sector Representatives. The position is set out in the table below:

3.1 The Board comprises statutory and non-statutory members. There have been a number of changes to the non-statutory membership of the Health and Wellbeing Board, as detailed below:

Recommendation
That County Council:
· Notes the non-Councillor representation on the Young People’s Overview and Scrutiny Committee · Approves the non-statutory membership of the Health and Wellbeing Board · Considers any other appointments by Group Secretaries. |
